We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within fifteen (15) days of Delivery for most items in new condition.

Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached when you return the product/s.

Non-returnable categories - Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

  • Socks
  • Underwear for men - briefs, trunks, boxers
  • Undergarments for women - panties
  • Any set that includes underwear cannot be exchanged or returned

  • You can also contact us on our Customer Care Email at helpdesk@jetknit.com regarding your return/exchange requests/queries.

  • Select the product you wish to return or exchange
  • Fill in and send the form with the required information

  • A request for return/exchange has to be placed within 15 days of product delivery
  • Filling the return form will make the processing of your request easier
  • All items to be returned must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and should have the price tags and packaging intact. If not the product will not be accepted by us.
  • If the product is damaged or defective in any way, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. You might be asked to send us a picture of the product on our customer service email id helpdesk@jetknit.com
  • A quality check will be performed on all returned or exchange products and if the above conditions have not been met, the products will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such as case.
  • Original shipping charges on any product/s are not refundable.
  • If you are shipping the product to us directly please pack it securely and choose a reliable courier service.
  • For locations that do not have a reverse pick up option, please ship the package directly to:
