Cash On Delivery Policy (COD Policy) :

Our COD Policy is as below:

  • To avail of COD, all items in the cart should qualify for COD.
  • COD is applicable on a minimum sale amount of Rs.500 and maximum sale value of Rs. 50,000 only.
  • Pin code provided by customer for COD should be in a serviceable area. If not online payment will be applicable by default.
  • Package upon delivery is not to be opened until payment for the purchase has been made.
  • If the package is damaged or opened, please do not accept delivery. Contact us immediately.

Cash Back Promo Codes or Coupons :

  • Cash back Promo Codes are not applicable to all products on the site.
  • Redeem coupons before expiration or validity as the date of expiry cannot be extended.
  • More than one offer cannot be combined using Promo Code.
  • jetlycot.com reserves the right to cancel the Promo Codes and the transaction/s in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
